Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Architect experienced in lab design to their Minneapolis team!

Responsibilities:

Develop plans for lab and high-techfacilities including teaching/research
Working as part of a team, developflexible planning grids, lab organization diagram and service distributionconcepts
Document laboratory systems (casework,lab equipment, and lab space development)
Assist with business development(proposal development, client interviews/presentations)
Build/maintain client relationships
Use technical expertise to lead team
Mentor junior staff

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
8+ years of experience in architecturallab programming/planning
Registered Architect
LEED AP preferred
Experience managing clients, projectteams, and project processes
Desire to learn more aboutsustainability
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit,SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software

Salary is commensurate with experience.
