As an Assistant Community Bank Manager, you'll partner with the Community Bank Manager to lead daily operations, support team growth, and help drive the success of both the location and the communities we serve. What You'll Do Support the day-to-day leadership and operations of the banking center. Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and build strong customer relationships. Drive sales, service, and operational excellence while helping the team achieve goals. Assist with account opening, cash handling, and operational oversight. Promote growth across all lines of business through customer conversations and referrals. Step into a leadership role and manage the facility in the Community Bank Manager's absence. Resolve customer and team concerns with professionalism, confidence, and sound judgment. What We're Looking For A motivated leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Sales-minded with a passion for helping customers reach their financial goals. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
