As an Assistant Store Director, you’ll help lead daily store operations, support team development, drive sales performance, and create an outstanding shopping experience in a fast-paced grocery store environment.

What You’ll Do

•  Support daily store operations including sales, staffing, merchandising, and customer service
•  Assist with inventory management, ordering, and product displays
•  Help supervise, train, and develop team members
•  Monitor sales performance, store budgets, and operational efficiency
•  Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
•  Support compliance with company policies, food safety, and health regulations
•  Assist with workforce scheduling and employee relations
•  Operate store equipment including registers and inventory systems
•  Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

What We’re Looking For

•  Experience in grocery, retail, or store management preferred
•  Strong leadership and team-building skills
•  Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising
•  Basic understanding of financial operations and reporting
•  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•  Comfortable using technology for scheduling, inventory, and reporting
•  Flexible full-time availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Work Environment

•  Fast-paced grocery store environment
•  Exposure to refrigerated, freezer, and outdoor conditions
•  Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 50 lbs
