About the Role:

As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for onsite training and ongoing skill-building. This role will create and deliver training programs, implement new processes, and maintain training documentation (including SOPs). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Epicor Eclipse, strong problem-solving abilities, and strong organization skills to manage priorities and training schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite training for all new employees to ensure successful integration into company processes and systems.
  • Hold regular employee training to reinforce best practices, productivity, and compliance.
  • Implement and train new processes across departments as business needs evolve.
  • Create, maintain, and update training documents, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Support users with Eclipse-related training and workflows.
  • Identify training gaps and improve training content, delivery methods, and documentation accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Eclipse experience required (2 years preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot training/process issues
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others across teams
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple training needs
  • Training and presentation skills (comfortable leading onsite sessions)
  • Ability to translate processes into clear training steps
  • Organized, dependable, and responsive to business priorities
  • Professional communication and ability to coach others
