About the Role:
Live Love & Laugh Homecare Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in North Charleston, SC. If you have a passion for making a real difference in people's lives and providing quality in-home care, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean living environment for clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and care team regarding client needs and updates
Requirements:
- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of South Carolina
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to assist with transfers and physical tasks requiring standing, lifting, and bending
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the North Charleston area
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
