Job DetailsJob Location: Columbia, SC 29201Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSummary         Responsible for providing all administrative support for the Corporate Practice Groups.   Essential Job Functions       Assist with preparation of documents (editing, drafting, printing) Time Entry & Billing Assist with document production for mergers and acquisitions Dictation Calendaring/Phones/Meeting Arrangements     Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work successfully with multiple team members, interacting with employees at all levels of the organization. Comfortable interacting with clients and client representatives on a daily basis. Competent to handle a variety of activities with attention to detail and quality, with the ability to follow through and follow up, and adapt quickly to meet changing deadlines and priorities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on short deadlines and follow through on assigned tasks with limited supervision. Retain a high level of flexibility and resourceful problem-solving. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.   Educational and Experience Requirements High School diploma Associate’s degree preferred Prior legal experience required.   Work Environment and Physical Demands Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
