Where is the work:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the design and implementation of operational excellence programs and processes at the local level.
  • Monitor and control documentation related to value stream improvement processes and initiatives.
  • Develop presentations and visual displays of progress for teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
  • Respond to questions and feedback from value stream problem-solving teams and departments.
  • Serve as a point of contact for scheduling, integrating information, and tracking metrics for process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure implementation of best practices aligned with the organization’s operational excellence objectives.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Interface with Operational Excellence management and value stream leaders under general supervision.
  • Translate instructions into actionable steps to drive project success.
  • Effectively share important information across functions and organizational levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Typically 5+ years of work experience, with 2 to 5 years post-degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Technical training in customer relationship management is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
