Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes appropriately. Providing direct nursing care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety. Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Supporting CNAs and fellow nursing team members. Communicating with residents and families with kindness and professionalism. Following facility policies, nursing standards, and infection prevention procedures. Helping create a positive, supportive environment for residents and coworkers.
