Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our HVAC Program.  This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Dean of Education.  The primary responsibility will be to teach HVAC/R courses.  Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.  

Requirements

• Completion of an HVAC program resulting in a certificate of completion or diploma; an associate degree is preferred but not required
• Certification:
• HVAC - required
• EPA Universal - required
• NATE Certification is not required but desired
• Journeyman HVAC is desired but not required
• At least three years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, motivated and results driven
• Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred
