The team is building a more unified analytics environment by bringing information currently spread across CRM, service management, ticketing, data lake, and reporting platforms into streamlined dashboards and operational reporting.
What's In Store For You
- Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
- Hybrid opportunity: Approximately 60% onsite in Columbus, Indiana, with potentially more onsite time during the initial ramp-up period.
- Standard business hours.
- Full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
- Opportunity to build dashboards and reporting solutions that will be directly used by operational and executive leadership.
- High-visibility work supporting performance measurement, customer experience, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, operational scorecards, and executive reporting for digital customer support operations.
- Consolidate reporting information originating from Salesforce, data lakes, Jira, ServiceNow, and existing Power BI environments.
- Develop automated data collection, transformation, and reporting refresh processes that reduce manual reporting effort.
- Track operational KPIs covering ticket volumes, backlog, SLA performance, resolution times, workload, customer experience, escalations, and knowledge management.
- Analyze support data to identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, emerging trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop reporting that supports workload forecasting, resource planning, and operational decision-making.
- Partner with support leadership to establish consistent KPI definitions, reporting standards, and success measures.
- Translate complex operational data into clear findings and recommendations for management and executive audiences.
- Maintain reporting documentation, datasets, and data definitions to improve consistency and reliability.
Requirements
Do You Bring Proven Success in Business Intelligence and Operational Reporting?
- Bring approximately 3–5 years of relevant data analysis, BI, reporting, or analytics experience.
- Advanced hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports with Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing information across multiple data sources.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience automating reporting processes and scheduled data refreshes.
- Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard design best practices.
- Ability to perform trend analysis, root cause analysis, and identify meaningful patterns in operational data.
- Experience working with support operations, service management, CRM, or ticketing data.
- Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, and enterprise data lakes is highly valuable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to turn analytical findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Detail-oriented approach to data accuracy, validation, documentation, and reporting consistency.
