Job SummaryĀ
The Change Management LeadĀ is responsible forĀ leading the design and delivery of integrated change management,Ā projectĀ communication, and training strategies in support of enterprise transformation initiatives. This roleĀ isĀ responsible forĀ creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to drive program results to increased understanding and end-user adoption to help ourĀ people thrive through change. The roleĀ drives the translation of change impacts into scalable communication, engagement, and learning solutions that build awareness, readiness, and sustained adoption. Working closely with program leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, the lead ensures alignment of change, communication, and training efforts to business priorities whileĀ monitoringĀ adoption outcomes and enabling successful organizational transitions.Ā

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead and conduct readiness (organization, sponsor, and change), communication, and training needs assessments andĀ utilizeĀ results to develop integrated change, communication, and learning strategies and plansĀ
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and translate findings into comprehensive engagement, communication, and training plans in partnership withĀ CorporateĀ Communications, Technical Training, and Leadership DevelopmentĀ
Lead the execution of change, communication, and training plans, ensuring alignment to programĀ milestonesĀ and driving awareness, understanding, and sustained adoptionĀ
Translate change impacts into targeted communication strategies and training solutions, including development of materials such as presentations, job aids, and learning resourcesĀ
Establish andĀ maintainĀ feedback loops, communication channels, and training programs to enable continuous knowledge transfer and support stakeholder adoptionĀ Ā
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., readiness, communication effectiveness, training participation, and adoption metrics) toĀ identifyĀ risks, measure success, and recommend mitigation actionsĀ
IdentifyĀ and manage areas of resistance by implementing targeted communication, training, and engagement interventions to drive behavior change and minimize disruptionĀ
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on change, communication, and training best practices, whileĀ facilitatingĀ discussions, workshops, and training sessions to build capability and alignmentĀ
IdentifyĀ opportunities to align change management projectĀ engagement and communication activities with other programsĀ toĀ leverageĀ existing opportunities and strengthen employeesā ability to move through multiple changes at one timeĀ

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:

Bachelorās degreeĀ
5+ years of experience leading complex, transformational change initiativesĀ

Change Management ExpertiseĀ
AdvancedĀ knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practicesĀ
Experience deploying large-scale, coordinated changeĀ and trainingĀ strategiesĀ
ProficiencyĀ with change management tools and platformsĀ
Ā
Leadership & Ways of WorkingĀ
AdvancedĀ experience working independently and leading othersĀ
Ability toĀ operateĀ & leadĀ effectively in a matrixed environmentĀ
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsĀ

Salary Range*:
$96,600.00 - $144,900.00*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidateās skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
