Overview

Business owners wear a lot of hats, and most don't have time to shop around for a better payment setup. That's where you come in. As a Commerce Solutions Advisor, you'll be the person who looks at how they take orders and payments, finds a better fit, and makes the switch easy.

We train you fully up front, give you a clear playbook, and keep a team close by so you're never figuring it out alone. Because the product saves owners money each month, these conversations usually go well. This is a full-time role, and pay rewards results, with bonuses for strong months.

What You'll Do

Have real conversations with business owners about how their day works
Ask questions that uncover what their current setup is costing them
Walk them through a payment and point-of-sale solution that fits
Answer concerns honestly and help them feel good about the change
Stay their go-to contact as they get set up and running
Record each conversation and next step in the CRM

What We're Looking For

Friendly, curious communicator who listens well
Reliable and organized with strong follow-through
Coachable and comfortable learning a new process
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales helps
