As Corporate Strategy Manager, you’ll help shape the long-term direction of Viega’s North America business. Working closely with the Director of Strategy and Executive Leadership Team, you’ll turn market intelligence and business insights into strategic priorities, lead high-impact initiatives, and help drive sustainable growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the development and execution of Viega’s North America long-term strategy and strategic roadmap.
  • Develop executive-ready recommendations supported by market, financial, and business analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs from planning through implementation.
  • Drive governance, performance reporting, and execution for key programs, including the regional 1,000-Day Plan.
  • Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics into strategic recommendations.
  • Lead market sizing, demand forecasting, competitive analysis, and customer insight initiatives.
  • Identify emerging opportunities, risks, and strategic implications for the business.
  • Lead strategic evaluations, including M&A opportunities, commercial due diligence, and business case development.
  • Build financial models, analytical frameworks, and executive presentations that support business decisions.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to complex challenges and translate findings into clear actions.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Director of Strategy, Executive Leadership Team, and senior business leaders.
  • Collaborate across regional functions and Global Strategy to strengthen alignment and execution.
  • Monitor progress against strategic priorities and recommend actions that improve performance.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related discipline.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders with strategic planning and business decision-making.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Strong project management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with M&A evaluations, commercial due diligence, market intelligence, or demand forecasting preferred.

  • Base salary: $105,468 – $138,427 annually, based on experience, education, qualifications, and geographic location.
