Compensation

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay

What You'll Do

You'll be the central hub that keeps our service department running smoothly by:

• Receiving and documenting emergency and non-emergency service calls
• Prioritizing calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician skill sets
• Monitoring field technicians and optimizing routes and schedules
• Scheduling appointments using "right technician, right call" guidelines
• Entering accurate customer and call information into company software
• Communicating professionally with customers, technicians, and leadership
• Supporting a fast-paced service department with accuracy, urgency, and confidence

What We Need From YOU

We're looking for someone who can stay organized under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service every day:

• Previous dispatching experience required
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical dispatch experience preferred
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Honesty, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
