Job Description:

Rogue Fitness is the leading manufacturer of strength and conditioning equipment in the world - barbells, power racks, sleds, and the equipment behind the CrossFit Games, Xenom Decathlon of Fitness, the Arnold Strongman Classic, and more. We build it in-house, at scale, in Columbus, Ohio.

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to sit at the center of how Rogue makes its biggest commercial decisions. You'll partner directly with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to shape pricing, logistics, inventory, and growth strategy, owning complex analysis from the first ambiguous question through a clear, executive-ready recommendation. This role is built for someone who combines financial and commercial judgment with real technical depth in SQL and R/Python, and who wants to see their analysis directly shape decisions at the leadership table, not just inform them from a distance.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Columbus, OH facility. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analyses across key business domains including shipping, conversion rate optimization, inventory, pricing, workforce analytics (HR), and sales performance

  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, automated reports, and executive-ready insights

  • Evaluate cost, margin, duty calculations, and performance drivers across SKUs, channels, and regions

  • Design and maintain scalable reporting and review frameworks for ongoing business monitoring

  • Build and maintain forecasting models for demand, pricing, and margin scenarios to support annual planning and periodic business reviews

  • Partner with Engineering and Application Development teams to improve data pipelines (BQ, MSSQL, R Server), data models, and analytical tooling

  • Assist with the reporting and analysis of SEO and SEM performance. Diagnose efficiency and identify opportunities for growth

  • Act as a senior analytics partner to cross-functional stakeholders to enable automated reporting and dashboards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, or Data Analytics

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA is a plus

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (BigQuery experience preferred) with the ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries

  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling, including Apps Script for automation

  • Strong analytical reasoning with the ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces

  • Experience analyzing digital marketing performance (SEO, Google Ads, Merchant Center) preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders

By applying to Rogue, regardless of the platform you choose to use, you are agreeing to Rogue's preferred methods of communication (i.e. text message). Submitting an application, through whatever online forum is ultimately used, constitutes a knowing and voluntary agreement to send and receive text messages during the recruitment process.
