This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management processes at LIFECARE ALLIANCE. Key Responsibilities: - Unload trucks and deliveries, ensuring all items are received in good condition. - Accurately count and manage inventory, recording any discrepancies. - Organize and maintain inventory areas to ensure easy access and efficient workflow. - Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory processes are followed and improved upon. - Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and practices. - Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues or improvements needed. QualificationsRequired Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience: - Experience in unloading deliveries and managing inventory counts - Experience in organizing and maintaining inventory spaces Preferred Experience: - Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or inventory environment is a plus Required Skills and Abilities: - Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks - Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication skills
