⭐ What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, active sales role — not a cashier position. You will:

• Greet every customer, every time — no exceptions
• Ask questions, listen actively, and guide customers through a full-service fitting experience
• Stay curious & continuously learn about footwear, foot health, and orthotic solutions
• Follow our selling approach to meet and exceed personal sales goals 
• Help maintain a positive, professional environment
• Stay active, engaged, and present on the sales floor — no standing around
