Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Columbus, OH. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-$32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Prepare and set up concrete work areas, including forming and site preparation
Assist with placing, leveling, and finishing concrete
Use hand floats, bull floats, and other finishing tools
Operate single- and double-rider trowel machines safely and effectively
Complete detailed finish work to meet project specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule

Requirements:

Previous concrete finishing and flatwork experience required
Experience with concrete forming and prep work
Proficient using floats and finishing tools
Able to operate single and double trowel machines
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality finish work
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work safely in an active construction environment
