Position Summary

We are seeking an Associate Regional Clinical Manager to join our expanding clinical team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent, on-site leadership across assigned clinics with a strong and visible presence   
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic performance including patient flow, staffing coverage, and schedule optimization    
  • Provide direct support, coaching, and guidance to clinic leads and staff  
  • Act as the point of escalation for patient concerns within the clinic
  • Partner closely with the Regional Manager to execute strategic and operational priorities  



Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred  

  • Strong understanding of clinic operations, workflow management, and patient flow optimization  
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with real-time problem solving  
  • Effective communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations  
  • Proficient in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools
