About the Role:

The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the organization, safety, and appearance of the vehicle lot at our facility. This position ensures that vehicles are properly parked, moved, and prepared for customer delivery or service, contributing directly to a seamless customer experience. The Lot Attendant supports the overall operations by assisting with vehicle inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks, ensuring all vehicles meet company standards. This role requires close collaboration with service advisors, technicians, and sales staff to facilitate efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the Lot Attendant helps uphold the professional image of the dealership while ensuring the lot operates smoothly and safely.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating a wide variety of cars and light trucks safely.
• Proficiency in speaking and understanding English to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
