Job Summary**

Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a skilled Automotive Flat Rate Technician to perform efficient and high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance services.

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 annually

Job Responsibilities**

* Diagnose and repair vehicles according to factory and dealership specifications.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
* Utilize diagnostic equipment and special tools effectively to pinpoint issues.
* Document all repairs and services accurately and thoroughly.
* Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts department personnel.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
* Continuously update knowledge of automotive technology and repair techniques.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* ASE certification(s) preferred.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Proven experience as a Flat Rate Technician in an automotive service setting.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in using automotive diagnostic equipment and tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dedication to providing high-quality workmanship.
