Big opportunities are stocked inside our Branch Offices. A Retail Customer Relations Associate accepts, solicits, and processes new sales of all lines of business, including but not limited to, Voice, Video/HTC TV Max, Internet, Mobile, Security, and all ancillary products and services associated with the business lines. They connect with members through face-to-face interaction, phone call, and email to assist with orders, questions, payments, and more.

For this role, you also must have:

Completed a high school degree or GED.

Understanding of latest technology. 

Minimum of two years related experience and/or training.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours to assist with Contact Center queue coverage as needed, Saturdays, call-ins, call-outs, shift work, and select holidays.
