What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

As a Service Technician, you will install, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and repair issues on commercial HVAC equipment (RTUs, split systems, refrigeration, etc.)
Perform preventative maintenance and system calibrations to manufacturer specifications
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions clearly with customers and internal teams
Travel to job sites across the Atlanta Metro area and manage service calls with dispatch
Document work performed, parts used, and service details via mobile device
Maintain service vehicle, inventory, tools, and safety equipment
Participate in ongoing technical training and development
Be available for on-call rotation (nights/weekends for emergency service)

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
HVAC vocational/technical training or completed apprenticeship
5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read schematics and technical documents

Preferred:

NATE Certification
