Technician Plumbing Service (2025-1167)

Plumbing Service Technician – Join Our Growing Team!
Location: Cookeville, TN
Pay Range: $25–$30/hr DOE
Bonus: Up to $2500 sign-on bonus paid out over 6 months

Your Role:

Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other in-home service calls
Build strong customer relationships and sell the right products and services
Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans
Exceed revenue and service goals
Maintain a professional, knowledgeable presence to generate referrals and repeat business
Collaborate with customer service reps and dispatch to ensure seamless service
Keep job sites clean and trucks well-stocked
