Position: Highly Qualified Paraprofessional
Student Age Group: Elementary
Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Assignment Details

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Contract to hire after 3 months contract
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Position Overview

Anoka-Hennepin School District is seeking Highly Qualified Paraprofessionals to support elementary students.
Openings are available across multiple special education programs:

Responsibilities

Provide instructional and behavioral support to students receiving special education services.
Assist students in classroom and learning activities.
Support students with daily living needs as required.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must be Highly Qualified through one of the following:

Pass the Minnesota Para Educator Certificate (Highly Qualified Para) Exam, or
Have at least 60 college credits with official college transcripts.
