Sales Account Executive

CANNABIS SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE 

Founded in 2013,Viridian Staffing (www.viridianstaffing.com) is the Original Talent Acquisition &Talent Management Firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting thecommercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

You must have acurrent cannabis book of business to grow the number of retailers carrying theproduct in your territory, while growing sales volume at existing stores.You're known for your exceptional customer service, negotiation skills and havethe ability to close sales using your proven communication skills, along withyour ability to build lasting relationships with customers. You'll have theopportunity to utilize your expert level knowledge of the company's brand toelevate the brand's community profile. If you have proven success in drivinggrowth in Cannabis companies, are great at establishing credibility &rapport with clients, and building professional relationships, then this couldbe the right role for you. 

RequiredQualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for use for everyday job functions
  
• 1+ Years of cannabis industry sales experience
  
• OLCC Workers Permit​
  
• Microsoft Office (including Excel) or Google suite experience (including sheets, Drive and Calendar)
  
• Understanding of variables found across different cannabis products (Distillate & CO2, Indoor & Outdoor, CBD/THC/Terpenes, etc.)
  
• Exceptional Client Relationship building and written/verbal communication skills
  

PreferredQualifications:

• In depth understanding of METRC & Oregon Cannabis compliance laws for the cannabis industry
  

Compensation:  Base + Commission
