Job DetailsJob Location: BLU Coppell Plant - Coppell, TX 75019Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: ManufacturingThe Case Packer Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining case packing machinery to ensure the efficient and accurate packaging of products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.  Responsibilities   • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Safety Regulations.  • Operate and monitor the case packer during production, following all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures  • Conduct routine inspections of the case packer to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues  • Prepare the machine according to the production schedule  • Make necessary adjustments to case packer equipment based on product specifications and parameter  • Follow sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment  • Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the appropriate personnel  • Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times    QualificationsQualifications  • High school diploma or equivalent, technical school or trade certification in food production is a plus.  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.  •  Attention to detail and commitment to quality.  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  •  Good communication and teamwork skills.  • Proven experience as a Case Packer or similar role in a production environment  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot case packer equipment  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and production schedules  • Good communication and teamwork skills  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding role and able to lift weights up to 50 pounds  • Flexible schedule to work shifts and overtime as needed
