Server/ Runner/ Busser - FT

We are seeking a Full time employee with open availability to cover multiple roles in our fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in hospitality and enjoys working as part of a team.

We are looking to hire a full-time employee for Doña Leonor. 

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a quick casual dining setting  

• At least 1 year of experience in bussing  

• At least 1 year of experience in food running  

• At least 1 year of experience in expo  

• At least 1 year of experience in serving  

• Bartending experience preferred but not required  

Physical Requirements:  

• Ability to bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time  

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs overhead  

Compensation & Benefits:  

• $13.00/hour + tips  

• No service charges included  

• Projected hours: 32-40 hours per week depending on business needs  

• PTO available after 1 full year with the company  

• Up to 3% 401(k) match after 90 days
