Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate and and oversee infrastructure, site enhancement and operational improvement projects across company-managed locations.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and implementation timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate refurbishment, upgrade and redevelopment initiatives relating to site infrastructure, access routes, lighting, parking facilities, security systems and public-use areas.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from project planning and contractor engagement through to completion and handover.
• Source, coordinate and monitor contractors, suppliers and specialist service providers, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and agreed timelines.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations, support procurement activities and recommend cost-effective project solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditure and resource allocation, maintaining accurate project and financial records.
• Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks and ensure compliance with health, safety and operational requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholders involved in project delivery, including contractors, suppliers, site users and management representatives.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates and completion documentation for management review.
• Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvements, operational efficiencies and long-term site development projects.
• Support the planning and delivery of projects associated with events, markets and site activities, ensuring infrastructure and operational requirements are effectively implemented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Operations Management, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination, infrastructure projects, site development, operational improvement projects or related project environments.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring project budgets, costs and timelines.
• Strong project planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting systems.
