DEALERS / INSPECTORS

§  Responsible to deal at casino table games as required, maintain gamesecurity and provide service to players.

§  Have the knowledge, fully understand and apply all gaming procedures anddirectives provided and adhere to these procedures and directives at all times.

§  Perform duties with required amount of skill, accuracy, productivity andattention to as set down by the Casino Management.

§  Maintain efficiency of games by dealing within game pace specified bythe Management and in consideration of players’ satisfaction.

§  Maintain a high standard of grooming, appearance and hygiene at alltimes in accordance with company policy and procedure.

§  Ensure every player enjoys the gaming experience by being polite andattentive to players’ needs, by creating a friendly and fun atmosphere. Thecustomers are to be treated with utmost courtesy, diplomacy and respect inadherence to the Casino Service Policy.

§  Maintain security of the game and company’s assets by ensuring players’adhere to game rules, maintain vigilance to note cheats and comply to securitymeasures. The Dealer shall report any illegal act or provide informationconcerning such activity in relevance to the Casino Operations or the Companyin general.

Requirements

·         High School education, with excellent written andspoken English. Knowledge of Konkani, Hindi and Marathi is an added advantage.

·         Must achieve at least a credit pass in Mathematics.

·         Between 18 to 30 years old, at least 163 cm and 165cm in height for female and male respectively.

·         Must pass the live table test and answer all questionssatisfactorily.

·         No physical deformity, color blindness or sweatypalms.

·         No marks or tattoo on visible parts of the body,i.e. face, neck or hand.

·         Overalla pleasant appearance and personality.

·         No criminal record.
