Kaizen Collision Center in Frederick, CO is hiring a sharp, dependable Customer Service Representative who can multitask, solve problems, and keep things moving.

If you're organized, quick on your feet, and great with customers, we want you!

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

What You'll Do

• Answer phones, greet customers, and schedule appointments

• Manage vehicle check-ins and customer updates

• Assist with insurance questions and payments

• Keep front office operations organized

What We Need

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable using computers

• Automotive experience preferred

• Valid driver's license
