Location: Valencia Terrace 

Schedule: Sun-Thurs 8am-4pm

Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident apartments and community spaces, including lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and hallways
• Deliver thoughtful, responsive service by assisting residents and addressing requests promptly
• Observe and report any changes in resident well-being to support a safe environment
• Learn resident preferences to provide personalized service and exceed expectations
• Perform daily housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and linen changes
• Replenish supplies and maintain organized, well-stocked housekeeping carts and storage areas
• Assist with laundry services as needed
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or lost/damaged items
• Work collaboratively with team members to support the overall community experience
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months to one year housekeeping or cleaning experience (hospitality or senior living a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Comfort working in an environment with pets
