Job Details: Job Location: Four Winds - Corpus Christi, TX, Salary Range: $15.00Hourly, We have an immediate opening available for a Full Time Painter at Four Winds Apartments a 404 unit apartment complex in Corpus Christi, TX.Qualifications: The Painter supports the maintenance, make-ready and housekeeping team to help prepare apartments and complete resident service requests. This is a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail, hard work and the highest level of customer service.WHAT YOU'LL DO:â–ª Complete painting jobs on make-ready units in a timely manner â–ª Paint the interiors of apartments, condos, town homes, etc. and other multi-family dwellings as requiredâ–ª Protect nearby furnishings, building materials, carpets, floors, trims, landscaping, fixtures, lights and other property before and after every painting jobâ–ª Be able to prepare for major jobs by assessing the appropriate tools needed to complete projectâ–ª Work with maintenance team, contractors, vendors and other affiliates in preparation of units and groundsâ–ª Maintain community appearance by regularly inspecting and touring the property. Report any concerns or hazardous conditions immediately and other needed repairs/maintenance to the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.â–ª Assist in projects as directed by Maintenance Supervisor, Community Manager and Sandalwood policyâ–ª Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the buildings, grounds, swimming pools and other areas as requiredâ–ª Assist in making vacant apartments ready for new resident including but not limited to painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, etc.â–ª Make repairs in a timely mannerâ–ª Follow all safety programs implemented by Sandalwood Management and ensure and instruct staff as needed on proper use and guidelines for wearing safety items.â–ª Ensure that storage areas remain clean, orderly and locked when not in use.â–ª Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
