As an Occupational Therapist (OT) in home health care, you’ll create personalized treatment plans, teach adaptive skills, and collaborate with a caring team, all with the flexibility you deserve!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide therapy services per physician’s orders
Assess functional status and recommend adaptive equipment
Teach new skills or retrain patients in daily activities
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case conferences

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Colorado
Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program, eligible for NBCOT certification
Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience (home health preferred)
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
