JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
- The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe, age-appropriate, direct and indirect patient care, while practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
- Assess, evaluate, and intervene in the bio-psychosocial aspects of late adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and their significant others, who are in an acute phase of mental or emotional disturbance.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
- Minimum of one year recent experience in an acute care setting preferred.
