A strong match means someone receives consistent, compassionate support. You will see the results of your work, not just a filled requisition. We are seeking a recruiter who wants true ownership of the hiring process, not a role where applications arrive and you simply move them along. What You’ll Do Own the entire process. Source, screen, interview, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding from start to finish, with no handoffs. Source proactively. Use LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and referrals, and represent KIDS NW at recruiting events, job fairs, networking events, and Chamber of Commerce functions. You will build a pipeline before we are in a crunch. Match people, not just fill roles. Work directly with families and care teams to understand their needs, then identify caregivers who are the right fit for the long term. Solve problems. When a recruiting channel stalls, you will try a new approach, with the freedom and support to do so. Keep things moving.
