We seek to champion children and families by providing the mental, emotional and physical spaces they need to feel empowered and to thrive.   Child Saving Institute (CSI) is looking for someone who is empathetic, passionate, and has a heart-filled desire to work closely with families!   As a Therapist in our Residential Services Department at our Pedicatric Medical Institute for Children, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include providing individual, family, and group therapy services. In short, our Therapist will empower children and families by promoting optimal mental and emotional health through evidence-based therapeutic interventions and trauma-informed care in a residential setting.  Qualifications  Qualifications and Competencies Do you think you’d be a good fit for this role? You are: Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Master's Degree or Higher (Required) Collaborative and eager to create therapeutic experiences that promote growth and healing. Observant of individual developmental stages and growth of children. Able to maintain confidentiality and boundaries at all times. Experienced in providing therapy to children and families (1 year minimum, including internships). Eligible to participate in Medicaid and private insurance provider panels. Bonus Points Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Circle of Security.
