Covington Family Dentistry is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a new graduate, you'll receive the support, mentorship, and resources needed to thrive in your career while making a meaningful impact on patients' oral health.

Compensation & Benefits

$65–$75/hour plus bonus eligibility

Qualifications

Current Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license (or eligible for licensure)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar dental practice management software preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for providing exceptional, patient-centered care
