RECO Equipment Inc. is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead a growing branch. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats—this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role.

What You’ll Do

  • Run day-to-day branch operations (parts, service, logistics)
  • Coordinate service scheduling & dispatch technicians
  • Support customers and resolve issues quickly
  • Manage inventory, invoicing & workflow

Requirements

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in operations, branch, or service management
