We're looking for a Service Advisor who can help drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support operations across multiple locations when needed.
This is more than a typical service writer position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow, lead, and eventually have the opportunity to run a store.

- Ā Greet customers and build trustĀ
- Ā Answer phones and schedule appointmentsĀ
- Ā Perform vehicle walkarounds and review inspection resultsĀ
- Ā Build estimates and present recommendationsĀ
- Ā Follow up on declined work and customer concernsĀ
- Ā Help drive sales and customer retentionĀ

- Ā Assist multiple locations as business needs requireĀ
- Ā Help ensure processes are followed and goals are achievedĀ

- Ā Automotive service writing experience preferredĀ
- Ā Strong sales and customer service skillsĀ
