Our team is looking for a Global FP&A Manager to join them. You will report to the Head of FP&A and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldÂ
- 5+ years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Superior interpersonal communication skills, ability to work well in a teamÂ
environment as well as stand out from the crowd when needed - Excellent presentation skills with ability to distill and explain complex dataÂ
simply and concisely - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyÂ
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing companyÂ
- Self-starter, growth mindset, innate curiosity, and a problem-solvingÂ
mentalityÂ
As a Global FP&A Manager, you will:Â
- Partner with BU Finance Directors, BU General Managers (P&L leaders),Â
Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams to understand,Â
communicate, and drive financial and operating performance of theÂ
business - Provide analysis and constructive insights to senior management, includingÂ
site General Managers, CFO, CEO and COO - Own and manage day-to-day FP&A activity in Ontic’s central FP&A function.Â
Activities include:Â
o Analyze business performance against budget, strategic goals, andÂ
M&A activity, specifically on sales, gross margin, EBITDA, Cash Flow,Â
and ROIC, with in-depth understanding of key drivers contributing toÂ
eachÂ
o Prepare monthly reporting packs from consolidated companyÂ
financial dataÂ
o Track, analyze, and understand complex financial information,Â
including sales & cost analysis, price/mix/volume analysis, marketÂ
analysis, inventory tracking, returns on investment, cash flow, andÂ
other business/operational KPIsÂ
o Financial owner of group/centralÂ
annual Budget, quarterly Forecasts, and weekly Flash processesÂ
o Prepare and present periodic financial reporting and narrative forÂ
senior management - Interface seamlessly with Site Finance teams in consolidation, analysis andÂ
narrative of global financial results - Build, maintain, and improve on existing financial models, interfacing withÂ
Site Finance teams, IT and Finance Transformation teams to identify, sourceÂ
and validate data - Drive agenda for automation, enhanced visualization of data andÂ
development of enhanced technology usage across the financeÂ
department - Build out AI capabilities within finance supporting the aboveÂ
- Identify opportunities within the finance team and across the business forÂ
process improvements Â
