Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to ensure an exceptional guest experience at every event.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of professional food and beverage service standards
  • Minimum of 6 months of food and beverage or banquet service experience preferred

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Deliver warm, refined service that reflects TPC Values and elevates the guest experience
  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere
  • Set up, maintain, and break down banquet spaces, including tables, dĂ©cor, and service stations
  • Serve food and beverages—including beer, wine, and spirits—in accordance with event orders, brand standards, and service protocols
  • Maintain pristine presentation using proper garnishes, china, glassware, and flatware
  • Ensure banquet service areas are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
  • Complete side work duties such as polishing, rolling silverware, restocking, and organization
  • Monitor and attend to guest satisfaction and escalate concerns, including intoxication, to leadership immediately
  • Adhere to all alcohol service guidelines (R.A.M./TIPS) and applicable State and Federal regulations
  • Support special projects and assist with additional duties as needed
  • Represent PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties with professionalism and operate within all established guidelines

Pay:  $6.38/hour base pay
Food & Beverage employees are eligible to earn additional compensation through tips and gratuities.
