If you're looking for a career where your work truly matters, we invite you to join us at CRMC and be part of something bigger.     A Day in the Life of an RN - Operating Room Circulator/Scrub As a Peri-Operative Registered Nurse at our facility, you will provide critical leadership and direct patient care within the operating room, ensuring all procedures adhere to established AORN standards for safety and efficiency. Your duties will encompass everything from pre-operative assessments and care planning to actively circulating and coordinating in the OR, involving close collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists. Challenges include managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict compliance regulations, and maintaining meticulous documentation for billing and inventory purposes.
