BCBA – Adult Services | Far North Dallas, TX

Our nonprofit client is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership in a residential program serving adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). If you're passionate about helping adults build independence and improve their quality of life, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

Lead clinical programming for adults with ASD in a residential setting
Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
Train, mentor, and supervise clinical staff
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Promote independence, life skills, and community integration
Ensure high-quality, evidence-based services that produce meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

Master's Degree required
BCBA Certification required
Minimum of 3 years of BCBA experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid Texas driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
