Quality ManagerÂ
The Quality Manager leads the site Quality organization and is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. This role ensures compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, customer expectations, regulatory standards, and internal quality objectives while supporting operational excellence across the facility.Â

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Â
Lead the overall site Quality function, including Quality Supervisors, Quality Analysts, and inspection personnelÂ
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standardsÂ
Establish site quality objectives, metrics, and strategic initiatives aligned with business goalsÂ
Drive corrective and preventive action programs to improve product quality and operational performanceÂ
Lead internal, external, customer, and certification auditsÂ
Oversee nonconformance management, root cause investigations, and corrective action effectivenessÂ
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to drive quality improvements across the organizationÂ
Lead Management Review activities and quality performance reporting for senior leadershipÂ
Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure product compliance and consistencyÂ
Support supplier quality initiatives, including supplier performance monitoring and corrective action activitiesÂ
Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, process capability, and customer satisfactionÂ
Analyze quality trends and data to identify risks and opportunities for improvementÂ
Coach, develop, and mentor Quality Supervisors and team members to strengthen organizational capabilityÂ
Ensure quality training programs are maintained and effectively implemented throughout the facilityÂ
Serve as the primary site quality representative for customer interactions and escalationsÂ

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Â
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be consideredÂ
7+ years of progressive quality experience within a manufacturing environmentÂ
3+ years of leadership experience managing quality teamsÂ
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsÂ
Experience leading internal and external audits and regulatory compliance activitiesÂ
Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives and quality performance metricsÂ
Strong problem-solving skills utilizing root cause analysis and corrective action methodologiesÂ
Experience with statistical analysis, quality reporting, and quality performance indicatorsÂ
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsÂ
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software systemsÂ
Â
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Â
Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar ASQ certificationÂ
Experience within solar manufacturing, renewable energy, electrical products, metal fabrication, or related industriesÂ
Knowledge of supplier quality management and quality engineering principlesÂ
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologiesÂ
