Provide legal representation and contract reviews. Review all legal issues. Assist in preparing responses to government agencies and other legal requests. These are just a few tasks that our Staff Attorney handles at Franciscan Health.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Review regulatory and legal issues for Corporation, as requested by employed Corporate attorneys.
• Review proposed contracts for Corporation, as requested by employed Corporate attorneys.
• Assist in the preparation of responses to government agencies and other legal requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctor - Required

• Law License - State Bar Upon Hire - Required

• 2 years Work related to healthcare or healthcare specific training. - Preferred
