We are looking for a Road Service Technician for Cassidy Tire & Service. This role will provide high quality service to our customers in-shop and on-the-road at a time when they need it the most. The work location varies between in-shop service work and off-site service calls which provides a lot of variety during the workday.

Responsibilities

Our Technicians must be able to mount, dismount, repair, inflate, and service tires of all sizes for our customers.
This is a labor-intensive job and it requires the lifting and hauling tires (up to 100lbs.) multiple times a day.
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

3-5 years commercial road service experience required.
Must possess a valid Class C or Class D license, required by the Department of Transportation.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have a clean driving record over the past 3 years, as you will be driving to perform off-site service calls.
Must be able to move, locate, stack, count and sort inventory is required.
You must be able to load and unload various tires and sizes is required.
It is critical for this individual to be able to deliver products safely to customers in a time efficient manner.
Must be able to pick-up tires, and wheel from customers' location, writing it up properly to ensure quality control.
Must be able to lift 100lbs repeatedly.
Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) required.
Ability to identify and address root causes when solving problems. Work collaboratively with other departments and functional teams to coordinate effective solutions.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal skills) required.
