Dreamscape Learn is looking for a hands-on, dependable Assembly Technician to help build and prepare equipment used in our immersive learning installations. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with tools, electronics, and mechanical assemblies.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble steel frames, hardware, acrylic panels, and electronic components 
  • Use hand tools and power tools for basic assembly and fabrication 
  • Perform basic electrical and low-voltage/data wiring 
  • Route, secure, and organize wiring and cables 
  • Follow drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures 
  • Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy 
  • Assist with packing, inventory, and general production tasks as needed 
What We’re Looking For
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools 
  • Basic experience with electronics, wiring, assembly, or fabrication preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions 
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working as part of a team 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, kneel, squat, and work on hands and knees

Experience with cable management, Cat6/data cabling, low-voltage wiring, electronics, manufacturing, or shop assembly is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

NOTE: This is a 1099 project-based role, up to 40 hrs per week for the duration of the project. 

Compensation: $27.50 - $40 / hr (up to 40 hrs per week)
