Job DetailsJob Location: Residential Programs - Providence, RI 02940Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Graduate DegreeSalary Range: $84,342.00 - $104,869.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: DayFSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community! Position Summary: Responsible for the oversight of clinical services in the Residential programs.  FSRI has 4 residential intervention programs (Semi-Independent and Assessment & Stabilization) that serve youth ages 13-20. Provides supervision and management to clinicians across the programs. Ensures high quality evidence based and trauma informed care that meets resident’s needs and contractual standards.  Ensures fidelity to the TST model through training, supervision, and program development.  Builds and maintains positive relationships with the Department of Children, Youth and Families. Assists Residential Administration with continuous program development, implementation and improvement. Carries clinical cases as necessary. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: LICSW, LMHC or LMFT required.  Prior supervisory experience required.  Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance a must. Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay. Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to: Travel to and from community locations and residential site locations, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.  Ability to utilize a computer and Electronic Medical Record to complete documentation.  Ability to lift up to 20lbs. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to push or pull 10 lbs or more Ability to pick up 10 lbs or more Ability to perform physical intervention if clients present a threat to themselves or others.
