We are seeking an Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager who will be responsible for leading the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Americhem’s global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environment. This role will oversee both on-premise and cloud-based systems while ensuring a strong security posture across the organization.
An experienced, strategic, and hands-on leader with the ability to manage complex environments, lead teams, and drive technology initiatives while maintaining operational excellence is critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectivesÂ
- Oversee global infrastructure including network, servers, cloud platforms (Azure), endpoints, and collaboration systemsÂ
- Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and resilience of all IT systemsÂ
- Lead cloud strategy, including hybrid architecture, governance, and cost optimizationÂ
- Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including testing and documentationÂ
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity programs, policies, and standards to protect company systems and dataÂ
- Lead vulnerability management, risk assessments, penetration testing, and remediation effortsÂ
- Oversee endpoint security, network security, identity management, and monitoring solutionsÂ
- Direct incident response activities and lead root cause analysisÂ
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry security requirementsÂ
- Provide leadership and direction to infrastructure and service desk teamsÂ
- Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure high-quality IT service deliveryÂ
- Drive continuous improvement using ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change, and asset management)Â
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and IT asset lifecycle managementÂ
- Promote automation, standardization, and process efficiency across IT operationsÂ
- Manage IT projects, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of initiativesÂ
- Provide escalation support for complex technical issues and participate in architecture and system designÂ
- Contribute to scripting, automation, and technical documentationÂ
- Serve as a technical advisor to IT leadership on emerging technologies and risk mitigation strategiesÂ
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field requiredÂ
- Advanced degree or certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP, Azure, Security+, ITIL) preferredÂ
- 7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experienceÂ
- 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experienceÂ
- Experience managing hybrid environments (on-premise and Azure cloud)Â
- Proven experience leading cybersecurity programs, including risk management and incident responseÂ
- Experience with ITIL-based service management and service desk operationsÂ
 Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity platforms (AD/Entra ID)Â
- Experience with enterprise networking, firewalls, routing, and secure remote accessÂ
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001)Â
- Strong project and vendor management capabilitiesÂ
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost optimizationÂ
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsÂ
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesÂ
